The creator of ‘Godzilla and Kong: The New Empire’ will not work on the sequel
A sequel to sci-fi film Godzilla and Kong: The New Empire has been given the green light after its impressive success at the global box office. But after two lucrative productions starring the leading titans of the Monster Universe, director Adam Wingard has refused to return for a third episode.
As a result, Legendary Studios was forced to start looking for a replacement, and according to the latest reports, it has already found one. The vacant post will take the creator of science fiction thriller ‘Robot Child’ Grant Spyutor. This film debuted at the Sundance Film Festival, received high marks and began streaming on Netflix in 2019.
