Ford says there’s a fire risk in new Mustangs

It is noted that almost 8.2 thousand cars with MKPP released this year are under recall. According to the NHTSA, the manufacturing defect detected in the new Mustangs may lead to brake fluid leakage and subsequent fire.

The corresponding problem first appeared last April, when two cases of fire of these cars were recorded in the States, and one more, in which only smoke was avoided. The agency stressed that the incidents with the Mustangs did not lead to accidents, and no one was hurt in them either.
